Cargo Intelligence
Every road shipment produces at least one CMR consignment note — and someone has to move its data from a PDF or scanned document into a TMS, an accounting system, or an Excel sheet. The CMR module does that work automatically, in seconds.
01 You upload the document
A PDF, a phone photo, or a scanned consignment note, via the portal or the API.
02 The system extracts the fields
Sender, consignee, carrier, cargo description, weight, number of packages, loading and unloading places and dates.
03 You review and use it
Low-confidence cases are automatically flagged for review; nothing is invented in place of an illegible field.
Ready for the eFTI and e-CMR changes (from 2027)
On 9 July 2027 the EU eFTI regulation (2020/1056) takes full effect — member state authorities will be required to accept electronic freight transport information via certified platforms. The CMR module already extracts your data today in a structured form you'll be able to move to any certified eFTI platform once you choose one — no lock-in to a single provider.
We also have an e-CMR status-tracking foundation (sender, carrier and consignee confirmation timestamps) — currently in beta, activated on request, NOT a legally valid electronic signature.
Currently a free beta; from 9 July 2027 a fixed €39/mo add-on applies. Read more
Yes. The system uses two-stage extraction: if the document's text layer is sufficient, the text is sent; if not, the page image is sent and processed as a photo. The confidence score is calculated proportionally to how many fields were actually filled in, not as a fixed value based on the extraction path — a document processed via the image path typically scores lower and may be routed for review.
The field is left blank — the system never invents values. The document is flagged for review.
Original documents are kept for 24 months from upload, road toll documents for 48 months, customs documents for 40 months. After the period expires the original file is deleted automatically, the data extracted from it remains. If you want a specific document removed earlier (GDPR Art. 17 right to erasure), contact us by email — there is currently no self-service delete button in the portal.
Included in any Cargo plan. The plan limits the number of modules: Starter 1, Professional 2, Business 3, Enterprise all four.
