Three checks, one account

What you overpaid, what you never billed, and what you still key in by hand

Three different checks with one thing in common: nobody in the company does any of them. Not because they can't — because checking costs more working time than one invoice seems to be worth.

The first checks what a supplier billed you. The second — what you billed. The third turns documents into data, so you don't have to key them in by hand. You can use one, two, or all three in the same account.

What you get at the end: the audit report and a claim template

Where to start

01 Check it yourself, free of charge

Nine calculators — container demurrage, chargeable weight, driver waiting time, CO2 class, excise refund, currency margin and others. No registration, a few minutes. This is an indicative check, not a final calculation.

02 Send documents for review

The initial review is free. Within five working days we answer how many errors we found and roughly what they add up to. If we find no errors, that is an answer too, and it costs nothing. If your volume is too small, we say so right away — not once you have already sent the documents.

03 First check whether you can dispute at all

The contract clause review shows how many of your documents still fall inside the dispute window and which checks your contract allows. A fixed price from €390, credited if you move to the audit within six months. Most often this is the cheapest way to find out whether it is worth starting at all.

Where we work: the Baltic states, Poland, DACH and Nordic Europe

Demurrit operates across the European Union, with our core markets in the Baltic states, Poland, the DACH region and Nordic Europe. The audit service isn't tied to geography: the claim is filed against the carrier under your own contract, so we can review an invoice from any port or terminal — in Klaipėda, Riga, Tallinn and Gdańsk the review is automatic, elsewhere we first request the terminal tariff, which adds a few working days.

Cargo Intelligence has no geographic limits at all: the modules work with document formats, not locations, so a CMR consignment note, an SMGS or CIM waybill, a fuel receipt or a customs declaration is processed the same way regardless of which country issued it.

In every market we follow local requirements — in Poland the KSeF system is mandatory from 2026 (large taxpayers from 1 February 2026, everyone else from 1 April 2026), and penalties for non-compliance start to apply on 1 January 2027; across the EU — the eFTI regulation from 9 July 2027; on customs matters — the refund deadlines set out in the Union Customs Code. Where we don't yet have automatic coverage, we say so up front, not once you're already waiting for a result.
